Inadequate design: straight line winds broke the glass on the west wall, and the roof tore off like a pull-top can opener. Did the architect/engineer ignore important bracing to the roof when there is a wall of windows, or did the developer cheap out? What’s building code say?

The loss of life and destruction St. Louis has experienced in today’s storm is horrendous, and my thoughts are with everyone whose lives were altered today.

@MantovaniMark No they did not. KC is not coming for us. Neither metro need battle the other, except in sports. Both metros are succeeding & growing. KC has needed a new ✈️ terminal for 70 years. But, some friendly competition and seeing “the grass on the other side” is good for goal setting👍🏽
