The Best Mexican Chicken Marinade:

Ingredients:

Juice of 3 limes (around 1/2 cup)
6 garlic cloves
1 bunch of cilantro
1/2 cup avocado oil
2 jalapenos (seeded depending on how spicy you like it)
1/2 white onion
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp oregano
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

This is enough for at least 2 pounds of chicken, probably closer to 3 (I recommend using thighs but you can use any cut)

This is best cooked on a grill.

Great for tacos, burrito bowls, or even by itself.

Doesn’t the copper in GHK degrade the others in a blend? Not sure a COA shows what happens after you recon, or once it’s in you.

With everything I've seen on RUO manufacturing, trusting them to get a single compound right is already enough for me. Trusting them to get all four right in a blend, then have it recon and behave the way it's supposed to… not sure. 🤷

I like controlling the timing and dose of each one so I can adjust based on what's actually going on. GHK and KPV I want to run longer. BPC I can turn up and put it near an injury.
