We are not terrorists because we ask for Biafra.
Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB seek the restoration of Biafra through self-determination, born from our history, the wounds of the Nigeria–Biafra war, and longstanding grievances of marginalisation, insecurity and injustice.
You may oppose Biafra, but self-determination is not, by itself, terrorism.
And there are serious jurisdictional questions now before the appeal: the alleged broadcasts were made from London, while Kanu's forcible transfer from Kenya to Nigeria raises the extraordinary-rendition question.

Nor should Nnamdi Kanu be made criminally responsible for violence committed or claimed by Obere Midget in Finland (simon ekpa) or anyone else. Criminal responsibility must be individual.
These are questions of law, justice and jurisdiction.
