I run a local NL — here's mine:

— Q1-Q2: Grow subs to 20k EOY + fine-tune my editorial machine (publish 1 original article weekly)

— Q3-Q4: Launch & monetize through weekly deals + continue growing subs & editorial side

I think u gotta take the quality of the newsletter into consideration. Churn is real if u don't do it well!
