This half term, a member of our St Philip’s family will be making a pilgrimage to Lourdes and has generously offered to carry the prayers and petitions of our staff and children to the grotto 🙏💙
This term in DT, year 2 have been making pouches. On Friday the children joined their fabric using a running stitch. At times, it was super tricky but the children kept going, tried their absolute best and accomplished the challenge! Next week we will be adding embellishments 🤩

Reception were very shocked & surprised when they came into school this morning ! The children have found that the Giant had come down the beanstalk into their classroom & caused chaos !!

Art Club explored hope through the lotus flower 🪷
Growing from muddy water, the lotus reminds us that even when things aren’t perfect, we can still grow, stay strong and find beauty ✨
The children created their own stunning lotus artwork using soft pastels and watercolours
