that fight felt like forever ago. has she really been away for that long? a soft sigh, her hands move to gently cup her elbows in a crossed position.
โถ itโs been a while since iโve been in a situation like that one. i needed to recover for a bit.สบ
she replied, the extent of her
break probably being about ten days. devils are quick to recover, even in terrible situations such as that.
โถ i asked around.สบ
she added, a small smile tugging on the corner of her lips as she looked back at the other. from what she sensed โ there was no hostility coming from
shifting over to meet silver.
โถ yes, it has been.
iโm sorry for intruding. สบ
she replied, her voice more hushed. it was clear she had remorse. seeing the other was both reassuring yet nerve inducing.
โถ iโm honestly surprised i found you.สบ
she had no idea what she was walking into. the lash of the flame did catch her off guard, causing the barmaid to give a small flinch. chin tucked inwards, her shoulders were quick to relax at the sound of that familiar voice.
a soft exhale, her blue eyes visibly relaxed,
his whereabouts were always hard to track down, but with enough time put into it, she had (hopefully) located the residence of where her friend laid low. a few quiet knocks to the stone wall, mirajane neared the cavity of the cave.
โถ . . scarlet? สบ
@lcyScarlet
her time away was far too long to be excusable. considering her status at the guild, she was an important pillar that kept the place standing. even out of commission for the most time regarding battle, serving drinks and engaging with nearly everyone in conversation made her
relentless, the memories of the people she had created bonds with haunting her each and everyday. she had to come back.
she'd be lying if she said she wasn't anxious. the red material that was her barmaid uniform crinkled slightly from all the fidgeting she had done to it.
