@Charlotte3003G The PHE revised the way they count number who tested "positive". In the area I'm in the revision resulted in decrease of rolling "positives" almost every day from 10 Sept to 27 Oct but an increase in every day since 28 Oct to date. A ploy to justify the lockdown ?
