@tweethue No WiFi extender. I’ve been resetting it everyday to get it back. It’s not connecting again today. Could it be a dodgy sync box or is it a firmware issue

@tweethue That’s what I done last time and it worked but not this time since the update. I’m using a BT smart Home Hub with iPhone 7 everything updated to latest software. I see a lot of people with same issues online. Surely this is a known issue to your team?
