What a morning we have had in Year 2. We have been to Chester Zoo and seen all types of different animals. We also made a short trip to South Africa to see their landscape and some of their wildlife. We even managed to fit in some clay modelling. #year2 #goodshepherd #virtualtour

We have been writing similes and some of the examples are fantastic:
The wind was like a laughing hyena giggling through the trees.
The shadows were like monsters creeping up on her.
The branches were like jellyfish stingers trying to grab her thin legs.
