@DonAustin_PAUSD @EdElements@thoughtxchng Students want the same opportunity in Palo Alto.
Join the petition to urge the Palo Alto School Board to discuss and solicit feedback regarding grading policies for the balance of the school year at their April 21st Board of Education meeting. https://t.co/LBzxq7Yl1K
@DonAustin_PAUSD @EdElements@thoughtxchng Since PAUSD announced its credit/no-credit policy, many large and small school districts cited by the California Department of Education, including Los Angeles, San Diego, San Jose’s East Side Union High have decided to maintain letter grading system.
@DonAustin_PAUSD @EdElements@thoughtxchng It's important that students and parents understand that this policy will have a significant and negative effect on the GPA of students currently enrolled in AP or Honors classes due to of lost weighted benefit.
@DonAustin_PAUSD @EdElements@thoughtxchng On March 25th, PAUSD Superintendent Don Austin made a decision to sign with the Teacher's Union that determined, “Teachers will provide credit/no-credit grading to secondary students.” With this, PAUSD was first in California to adopt a credit/no-credit policy instead of grades.
@lindseydavis311 @lindseydavus311 You have no clue at all. I deal with health care and their spiraling cost every day. You spout off like a bot...you don’t even live here. Removing the mandate was a STUPID move. Try removing the mandate on auto insurance and see what happens to rates.
@Parry2Shawn@chuckwoolery It’s difficult to understand how you found this to be a pursuasive and passionate argument. @chuckwoolery is an imposter. He not real....just another high velocity tweet machine.
@JanetSYoung1@TucsonVoice28@RY2066 @timhallbooks @therealroseanne You are obviously not a real person. Everyone now knows that the California succession nonsense was run by a guy LIVING IN ST. PETERSBURG... Yes in Russia! Keep tweeting, we have a great country and strong democracy. It will stand against your assault.
@LauraC_9691 @realDonaldTrump@PortugueseMamaC@FoxNews Laura C., If you are talking about Governor Brown, then there is no need for you to worry about fighting him. He's retiring...He's a great man, and loves California and our great Country dearly. If you are talking about Donald Trump, then you are probably right.
@JacobAWohl Hard to believe you are even a real person, Jacob, much less a 20 year old financier from Southern California. You are coming of age under deeply sinister and troubling circumstances. It’s hard to see it ending well...
