"H built Invictus"?! 😭 Oh darling, sit down before you hurt yourself.
Let’s bring a little reality to this revisionist fan-fiction:
Who actually funded it? The Royal Foundation—spearheaded and bankrolled by William, Catherine, and H using leftover funds from the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, alongside the Ministry of Defence. H didn't "build" it from scratch in a garage; he was handed a shiny platform on a silver platter by the institution you spend all day slagging off!
Who undermined it? The public backs our wounded veterans to the hilt. What people despise is watching real military heroes relegated to blurry background extras for Montecito photo-ops, Netflix crew walk-throughs, and three-outfits-a-day designer fashion shows!
The consequences: When foreign defence forces and Commonwealth partners literally pull out to avoid "that H&M nonsense," don't blame Buckingham Palace. The King simply issued an administrative reminder that H&M are private citizens. If their brand is so radioactive that international militaries jump ship the second royal cover is lifted, that's entirely on them!
Stop weaponising wounded veterans to mask an ego crisis. The games were supposed to be about service, not an H&M PR shield! 🎖️🎪🍿
Remembering Jeremy Glick.
He was 31, a judo champion, a rugby captain, a new father.
He married his high-school sweetheart, Lyz.
Their daughter, Emerson, was twelve weeks old.
He was supposed to fly the day before.
On September 11, 2001, he boarded United Flight 93 in Newark.
After the hijacking he called Lyz.
He asked if it was true that planes had been flown into the World Trade Center.
She told him it was.
He understood then what the plane was being used for.
He told her the passengers were voting on whether to rush the cockpit.
He joked about butter knives.
She told him he needed to do it.
He said he loved her.
He told her not to be sad.
He told her to take care of their daughter, and that he would be all right with whatever choices she made.
Then he said they were going to rush the hijackers.
Stay on the line, he said.
I’ll be back.
He did not come back.
The plane went down in a Pennsylvania field. The Capitol was never hit.
He was a take-charge guy, his family said. In the last minutes of his life he made sure his wife knew he loved them, and then he went forward.
Say his name today.
The Dog Who Wouldn't Stop Searching
On September 11, 2001, Apollo disappeared into a hole in the rubble at Ground Zero.
Then a fireball erupted.
Seconds later, the German Shepherd came running back toward his handler, NYPD Officer Peter Davis.
Apollo was on fire.
Davis brushed the burning embers from his thick coat.
And Apollo went right back to searching.
Apollo was nine years old—an age when many police dogs had already retired. But that morning, he and Davis became the first canine search-and-rescue team to arrive at Ground Zero.
The conditions were brutal.
To reach the rubble, Davis later recalled wading through water that came nearly to his waist. Apollo searched across jagged concrete and dangerously hot debris. His coat was singed. His paws became cracked and bruised.
Still, he searched.
Apollo had been trained to find the living. But as the hours passed, the terrible reality of the site became clearer. Eventually, Davis had to physically pull Apollo away from the debris when the dog refused to stop looking.
And Apollo wasn't alone.
Search-and-rescue dogs and their handlers worked through wreckage, dust and toxic fumes in the aftermath of the attacks. Apollo became a symbol of all of them.
On March 5, 2002, he was awarded the PDSA Dickin Medal for courage and devotion to duty. Apollo had been selected by ballot to receive the honor on behalf of every search-and-rescue dog that had worked at the World Trade Center and Pentagon.
Apollo lived to be 14.
Twenty-five years later, we remember the people who ran toward danger that morning.
Apollo reminds us that not all of them ran on two legs.

As 'Private Citizen Harry' is trending, may I remind that nobody wanted to hear the weird things he wrote in Spare. I spoke with a distinguished gent yesterday who observed: "I didn't want to read about what he applied to his private parts and what had been done to his brother's private parts either. This buffoon of a boy was rightly described as a 'thicko' by his military commander." #PrinceHarry #HazBeen #PrivateCitizenHarry #MeghanMarkle #WantonWazzock #ShutItHarry #Privacy #BogOffHarry #BogOff
From Karl Streed -
I BET YOU DIDN'Y KNOW ABOUT THIS: AFTER FLIGHT 77 HIT THE PENTAGON ON 9/11, THE FOLLOWING HAPPENED.
A daycare facility inside the Pentagon had many children, including infants who were in heavy cribs. The daycare supervisor, looking at all the children they needed to evacuate, was in a panic over what they could do.
There were many children, mostly toddlers, as well as the infants who would need to be taken out with the cribs. There was no time to try to bundle them into carriers and strollers.
Just then a young Marine came running into the center and asked what they needed. After hearing what the center director was trying to do, he ran back out into the hallway and disappeared. The director thought, "Well, here we are, on our own."
About 2 minutes later, that Marine returned with 40 other Marines in tow.
Each of them grabbed a crib with a child, and the rest started gathering up toddlers.
The director and her staff then helped them take all the children out of the center and down toward the park near the Potomac .
Once they got about 3/4 of a mile outside the building, the Marines stopped in the park, and then did a fabulous thing - they formed a circle with the cribs, which were quite sturdy and heavy, like the covered wagons in the Old West.
Inside this circle of cribs, they put the toddlers, to keep them from wandering off.
Outside this circle were the 40 Marines, forming a perimeter around the children and waiting for instructions. There they remained until the parents could be notified and come get their children.
The chaplain then said, "I don't think any of us saw nor heard of this on any of the news stories of the day. It was an incredible story of our men there.” There wasn't a dry eye in the room.
The thought of those Marines and what they did and how fast they reacted; could we expect any less from them? It was one of the most touching stories from the Pentagon.
It's the military, not the politicians that ensures our right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
It's the military who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag.
If you care to offer the smallest token of recognition and appreciation for the military, please pass this on and pray for our men and women, who have served and are currently serving our country, and honor the memory of those who have given the ultimate sacrifice!
God Bless The USA!
Never forget!!!
Community Notes just corrected HELLO!. 😆
They called Harry’s upcoming visits “official engagements.” They aren’t. He’s a private citizen, and the Palace has already told government and military officials as much.
Well done to everyone who rated the note.👏
Outlets that keep inflating H&M’s status aren’t reporting. They’re pushing fake news.
25 Years Later...New Yorkers who were here this day and have lost loved ones WILL NEVER FORGET.
Islamic Terrorists murdered innocent Americans and other nationalities.
HISTORY WILL NOT BE WATERED DOWN OR RE-WRITTEN.
We are immensely proud to announce that @RoyalFamily Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal has accepted an invitation to become the inaugural Chancellor of City of Glasgow College.

Genelle Guzman-McMillan.
She was 31, a Port Authority clerk on the 64th floor of the North Tower, a single mother to a twelve-year-old named Kimberly.
When the first plane hit, she started down the stairs with a coworker, holding hands.
They reached the 13th floor.
She stopped to take off her boots.
The building fell.
She was buried.
Head pinned, legs trapped, only one hand free.
She could hear the radios and could not make her voice work.
She thought she would die.
Then she thought of her daughter and prayed.
Twenty-seven hours later, rescuers pulled her out.
She was the last living person taken from the pile.
She has always said a man named Paul held her hand in the dark and told her they were coming.
She never found him.
She calls him an angel.
The rest is simpler: she wanted to see her child again, and someone on the surface kept looking.
Say her name today.
She should not have lived through that night.
She did.
Barbara Olson.
She was a lawyer, a television commentator, and the kind of person friends said would never sit still if something was going wrong.
She was supposed to fly to Los Angeles on Monday.
She changed her ticket so she could stay in Washington one more night and have breakfast with her husband, Ted, on his birthday.
That breakfast was the morning of September 11, 2001.
She boarded American Airlines Flight 77 at Dulles.
The plane was hijacked.
From the back of the cabin she reached him at the Justice Department - twice.
She told him men with knives and box cutters had taken the plane.
She told him they did not know she was on the phone.
He told her two other planes had already hit the World Trade Center.
She did not come apart.
She asked where they were.
Then she asked what she should tell the pilot to do.
The line went dead.
At 9:37 a.m. the plane hit the Pentagon.
She was 45.
She had stayed an extra day for a birthday breakfast.
In the last minutes of her life she was still looking for the next thing she could do.
Say her name today.
@MensaChick There were thousands of miracle circumstances that happened that day. Getting out of the city was impossible that day. My friend ended up taking a ferry
My cousin was also booked on flight 93, was returning from a wedding in NJ. By the grace of God, a few days before, her old boss who had also been at that wedding, asked her to stay a couple more days in NY to help her with a work project, so she agreed and changed her flight. She was in upper Manhattan that day, her brother was in lower Manhattan and was on the sidewalk walking towards his office that morning, and was looking up at the first tower burning when he watched the second one hit the South tower. He said he saw bodies fly out from the impact, one of the worst things he’s ever seen. The two of them managed to coordinate to meet each other in the city and walk all the way back to NJ because there was no transportation available. What an absolutely horrible, tragic, evil day.
MI5 chief Sir Ken McCallum has warned that Britain must “build defences” against radical Islamic threats, saying the terrorist threat has not gone away and that mass-casualty ambition still exists. Britain’s terror threat level is currently “severe”, meaning an attack is considered highly likely.
His warning comes on the 25th anniversary of 9/11, when Islamist terrorists murdered 2,977 people, including 67 Britons.
So why are our political leaders still acting as though border control, mass immigration and national security are separate issues?
You cannot spend years allowing thousands of unvetted military-aged men to enter Britain illegally, while openly admitting you do not know the identity or whereabouts of many of them, and then tell the public we need to prepare for extremist threats.
National security starts with knowing who enters your country, who remains here and removing those who have no right to stay.
Anything less is failure.
Zohran Mamdani and AOC Caught LAUGHING on Camera While The Names of 9/11 Victims Are Read
3,000 Americans died that day and they’re smiling and joking.
They don’t even pretend to care anymore.
What a disgrace.
What I find truly remarkable about the H&M saga is that they haven’t even evolved in the slightest. Most people, especially when you’ve had children grow up, focus and evolve into competent mature rational adults but these two are without a doubt the most immature petulant adults I’ve ever witnessed.
They’re even more angry than they’ve ever been, it’s extraordinary and whilst it’s interesting watching it play out in the media, I can’t even begin to imagine what it’s like behind closed door, especially for the children.
How can you spend six years seeking and obtaining everything you wanted only to undo absolutely everything by returning to the place you desperately wanted to leave and then behave as though it never happened?
They have come back without an ounce of humility, in fact they’re even more arrogant which in itself is staggering considering they’re here because their new life in the US failed spectacularly. They’re think they can return and behave like two foot stomping toddlers to get their own way and if they don’t they want to ruin the royals, again.
The world is watching them implode, having hourly tantrums and releasing a ridiculous number of press releases believing this is helping their cause by feeding their insatiable appetite for media attention. Whilst we all have opinions on their destructive behaviour and their nefarious activities at the end of the day the only ones that really matter will be the opinions of their children.
