Deux ans pour avoir violé trois ponettes avec un bout de bois après avoir déjà pris 10 ans pour un viol sur une humaine. Deux ans alors que ces bêtes sont démolies, traumatisées à vie, dans un état catastrophique. Les propriétaires sont bouleversés, absents au tribunal, et leur avocat dit clairement : ce ne sont pas des objets. Mais apparemment pour la justice, baiser des poneys à coups de bâton après un casier déjà bien chargé, ça vaut moins que le maximum.

On a un type qui passe des femmes aux animaux, qui nie en face des images, qui a un casier de 17 lignes, et on lui met deux ans. C’est ça la réponse. Les gérants ont eu peur qu’il s’en prenne ensuite à une femme ou un gosse. Ils avaient raison de se poser la question. Et maintenant il est dedans pour deux ans.
On verra bien ce qu’il fera en sortant. Ces ponettes, elles, elles resteront brisées.

🇪🇸 SPAIN. A young Peruvian woman was allegedly recruited online to become a surrogate for €20,000. She was shipped to Spain.

She agreed to surrogacy through artificial insemination…But artificial insemination was too expensive for the couple.

So, according to prosecutors, they demanded SEX instead.

What followed was allegedly a nightmare of RAPE, SEXUAL EXPLOITATION, VIOLENCE, THREATS and CAPTIVITY.

Prosecutors are now seeking more than 70 YEARS in prison for each accused.
