For contracts signed after from June 2019 you CANNOT be charged for:
- Viewing fees
- Tenancy set up fees
- Inventory fees
- Check out fees
- Guarantor fees
- Professional clean

Once you sign a tenancy agreement you have entered a legally binding contract. Don't sign unless you are 100% sure.
Remember there is no rush to find housing!
