Dear @XBOXSupport, this is the biggest issue with digital gaming. My account was hacked, my username, email, purchased games and progress have all disappeared. I’ve gone through the avenues, (associated emails, phone numbers and device ID’s) in order to restore my account.

I’ve received an email from your account safety team stating that the account has been suspended and I no longer am able to access it and its contents. I now have to make a new account and a new subscription to Xbox Gamepass. But what about the games I purchased? What about extra content I paid for? All that money, gone and wasted.

PS. Please provide a customer service number in which I could actually speak to a human being please! @asha_shar I know you’ve been making changes at Xbox, and good on you for that awesome. But please, hacking and account recovery is still an issue. I’d appreciate your help with this matter.

I saw Alanah Pearce said "America Sucks" because US Game devs are losing their jobs and not Japan

Maybe it's because it cost these companies to hire 3 hardworking committed Japanese people who are committed to the company, it's products and culture for the cost of 1 person in the US who will leave at the drop of the hat for more money and and would go to HR the second there is a microaggression

I'm sure there's more to her argument but at the end of the day these companies are about dollars and cents
