@SULiRahbi I had an employee once who told me “every time I talk to you, I feel like i grew new wins and I can fly”. All I said to him “he needs to live up to his potential and Make me proud that I selected him to be part of our talent pool”. Great guy but some people’s shyness hurts them

I do agree with you, but I beg to differ on “best practices” and rather replace it with “leading industry practices”. A best practice in one organization can be a bad one in another. There are so many elements that depend on each other. https://t.co/s3WfbUS6HJ
