A message to us from Janice Cox, a SUMS participant:
"I have been stuck in the house since the lock down and have used my standing frame every day as usual. Thank goodness I can keep it going as it's my lifeline, keeping me strong and stopping my legs from becoming too tight"
"I'm still standing in the frame every day. I got a new wheelchair a while ago and it gave me a pressure sore. I can't lie on my side so standing for two hours a day was the thing that cured my pressure sore"
See the " Special Orders Template" on our web-site https://t.co/yGa3fNss44. The template for your own Organisation may differ slightly, but much of the information you may need is written here, providing the case for your patient having a standing frame
