My opponent, his mom, and their billionaire friends are now spending $9.5 million to flood voters with disgusting attacks and lies.
Let's send a loud and clear message that the City Controller's Office belongs to the people!

Nithya’s performance on Hasan’s show was a mess.
If she loses, her supporters shouldn’t blame other candidates, the media or the voters. 100% of the blame falls on Nithya for sucking at debates, sucking in interviews and having a weak record.
Whoa, this HUGE! 🥳
Thank you to LA Daily News for the endorsement! We won them over with our record of providing transparency & accountability.
“Four years later, Mejia has demonstrated he's not only up to the task but has excelled despite the constraints on his office.”
Reportedly, TKO boss Ari Emanuel is the one who asked Trump to drop the case against Ticketmaster.
There is maybe not a better example of corporate avarice, insider favoritism and audience wealth extraction in pro sports than TKO.
The next admin should break them up.
We are asking for a MINIMUM of 0.42% of the General Fund to do our job as the City's Accountant & Auditor, your independent watchdog‼️
Please come out Tuesday at 3pm to City Hall, room 1010 to give 1-minute public comment or over Zoom.
Can also email [email protected]!
WE NEED YOUR HELP, LA‼️
On Tues, 3/17, the Charter Reform Commission is deciding how much of a % to give us for an INDEPENDENT BUDGET!
Unfortunately, the Charter staff put 0.29% of the General Fund, which is our budget right now AFTER YEARS OF BUDGET CUTS ✂️!
IT'S NOT ENOUGH‼️
Let me get this straight…
OpenAI was founded as a nonprofit. Open source. For everyone. “To benefit humanity.”
Then he raised billions of dollars.
Then he closed the source code.
Then he converted to for-profit.
Then he scraped the entire internet without asking anyone.
Then he used YOUR writing YOUR art YOUR code to train his models.
Now he’s on stage saying you’ll pay HIM to access intelligence. Just like a water meter.
He stole all of your data. He built the product with your work. And now he’s going to bill you to use it…
Corporate greed has reached an all time high, and they’re not even hiding it anymore…
FRIENDS, we need to order more white corgi shirts for our team of volunteers & HUNDREDS of yard signs for everyone requesting them!
Can you donate a couple of bucks to our campaign? 🥹
If you live in Los Angeles, your donations get matched SIX TIMES! 💚

SCOOP: In Aug 2024, the DA declined to file resisting charges against Alexander Mitchell, who was sucker punched by @LAPDHQ's Joshua Sportiello. Then Mitchell sued the city & 👮. Suddenly, in Jun 2025, @CityAttorneyLA, who's defending both, decided to file misdemeanor charges.
This does little to actually empower elected officials. It would basically give the Police Commission veto power over potential council attempts to regulate LAPD.
