Rutee is the CEO of the military supply company, Surgence. He has led the company to become the foremost military specialist company in XOCIETY.

Believing in 'Inheritance of legacy', Rutee draws inspiration from a company that existed before human hibernation, supposedly even aping one of its founder's names for his own.

Identifying 'weapons' as a crucial commodity in XOCIETY, due to pioneering the Frontier Arena, has led to the rebirth of Surgence as a true player in XOCIETY.

The success of Surgence is due to the 'inheritance of a past legacy'. This inheritance is characterized by dedication and collaboration.

Surgence is responsible for the production, management, and distribution of almost all weapons in XOCIETY. However, Rutee emphasizes that the company does not 'develop' weapons, but rather fosters an environment for individual weapon developers to innovate.
