[Seventeen Nursery @SVT_Nursery]

So today I posted the official announcement of production cancellation. So GO, please DM me to receive detailed information about the refund. I sincerely apologize to you, my GO and customers 😞

[Seventeen Nursery @SVT_Nursery]

Hi, long time no see. During this time I had a very difficult time not being able to contact the factory😞 Before that, they still promised many times, I tried to be patient hope they could return the goods in full. But since Dec 2023, they have taken the money and disappeared,

[Seventeen Nursery @SVT_Nursery]

until now I have no way to contact them. I'm very sorry for this incident, I feel so guilty that I don't dare face you guys. In recent times, I tried to find a solution but it's been almost half a year with no results 😞

UPDATED (3)

So a few days ago I had a talk with the manager. They say they will speed up the production process as quickly as possible. Hope everyone will understand and waitting a little longer🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️

[Seventeen Nursery @SVT_Nursery]

UPDATED (1) Last time the factory reported the wrong progress to me, they said the doll was almost finished, but in reality they had just started to produce my dolls. Because they received too many orders before, then China closed the border due to the epidemic, they did not

UPDATED (2)

import fabric to sew, so they lied. After China opens the border to transport goods again, they must process the orders of other customers first, and then proceed to produce our dolls.

[UPDATED] The factory said they will send me the doll this month. But now I'm still not received. Last time they said they had to maintain the machines, so they interrupted production, so I think we need give them more time to finished. Please don't worry 🙏🙏 I will try my best

[Seventeen Nursery @SVT_Nursery]

[Update] Production will be done in the end of next month 💙

[Seventeen Nursery @SVT_Nursery]

Hi~ Production is still going on. Since the beginning of the year, the epidemic situation in China has been complicated, China has banned the border, so the factory cannot import more sewing materials. Leads to production delays. We hope you understand and wait for more 💗🙇‍♀️

Jaguar Ho 1st sample and 2nd sample 💕🥰

[Seventeen Nursery @SVT_Nursery]

Sorry because let you guys waitting for a long time. Have some problems happen with the factory. And the Covid epidemic situation make them delay in production. So now we have completed 3 sample of dolls, I'll update 2 more dolls later. Bulk production will be start soon. Thanks

[Seventeen Nursery @SVT_Nursery]

1st sample finished, factory will send to me next week 🥰
