2) READ THE SYLLABUS
3) Get to know your professors
4) Make friends with everybody not just your everyday friend group
5) Get Involved in organizations on campus!

A teen athlete needs about 3,000 calories per day depending on several factors such as age, gender, body size, training intensity, duration & frequency.
Teen athletes need two breakfasts + multiple snacks. Teen athletes need MORE food + fuel than their non-active counterparts.
We had the pleasure of honoring our boys and girls track teams last night. Can't say that I have ever seen so many plaques on a table for a single awards night. We are beyond proud of the efforts of every member of our team.

The only summer workouts on the books for our track teams are with another team. Play while you can! Football, Golf, Swimming, Tennis, Cross Country, Volleyball or Cheer. Change how you move, and have fun. It will make you a better athlete! If you want contact info, lmk.
