आज नई दिल्ली स्थित राष्ट्रीय मीडिया केंद्र में ‘स्वच्छता ही सेवा 2026’ के Curtain Raiser कार्यक्रम में मीडिया कर्मियों से संवाद किया और 17 सितंबर से 2 अक्टूबर तक देशभर में चलने वाले इस अभियान की प्रमुख गतिविधियों की जानकारी साझा की।

इस वर्ष अभियान के दौरान जनभागीदारी से स्वच्छता गतिविधियों को गति देने, चिन्हित स्थानों पर विशेष स्वच्छता अभियान चलाने, सफाई मित्रों के कल्याण एवं सम्मान और गांवों में स्वच्छता के प्रति जिम्मेदारी व सेवा के भाव को और मजबूत करने पर विशेष जोर रहेगा।

हमारा प्रयास है कि स्वच्छता केवल सरकारी कार्यक्रम बनकर न रहे, बल्कि हर नागरिक की भागीदारी से एक सशक्त जनआंदोलन बने।

प्रधानमंत्री श्री @narendramodi sir ने स्वच्छता को देश के संस्कार और जनभागीदारी से जोड़ा है। आइए, ‘स्वच्छता ही सेवा’ की भावना के साथ इस अभियान से जुड़ें और स्वच्छ एवं स्वस्थ भारत के संकल्प को सिद्ध करें।

Visited the Piped Water Supply Scheme constructed under #JalJeevanMission at Sultanpur Majri village in Haridwar district and interacted with the villagers, Gram Panchayat members, State Government officials, and Pani Samiti members.

It was heartening to learn from them how rural water supply in the village has been transformed under the visionary leadership of Hon'ble PM Shri @narendramodi ji.

​The villagers shared how they previously faced acute water scarcity during the summer months and had to rely on quality-affected water. Now, following the commissioning of the Piped Water Supply Scheme under JJM, the entire village comprising around 150 habitations is receiving regular, safe, and adequate drinking water.

ಉತ್ತರಖಂಡದ ಹರಿದ್ವಾರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಸುಲ್ತಾನ್‌ಪುರ ಮಜ್ರಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಲಜೀವನ ಮಿಷನ್ (#JalJeevanMission) ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾದ ಕೊಳವೆ ನೀರು ಸರಬರಾಜು ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದೆನು. ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರು, ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ಸದಸ್ಯರು, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು 'ಪಾನಿ ಸಮಿತಿ'ಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂವಾದ ನಡೆಸಿದೆನು.

ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಜೀ ಅವರ ದೂರದೃಷ್ಟಿಯ ನಾಯಕತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ, ಈ ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ನೀರು ಸರಬರಾಜು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯು ಹೇಗೆ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆಗೊಂಡಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಸಂತೋಷದಾಯಕವಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ಬೇಸಿಗೆಯ ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೀವ್ರ ನೀರಿನ ಅಭಾವವನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಮತ್ತು ಕಳಪೆ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ನೀರಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವಲಂಬಿತರಾಗಿದ್ದ ತಮ್ಮ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಕಷ್ಟದ ದಿನಗಳನ್ನು ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಈಗ, ಜಲಜೀವನ ಮಿಷನ್ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಳವೆ ನೀರು ಸರಬರಾಜು ಯೋಜನೆಯು ಕಾರ್ಯಾರಂಭ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದರಿಂದ, ಸುಮಾರು 150 ವಸತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಇಡೀ ಗ್ರಾಮಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಯಮಿತವಾಗಿ, ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾದ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರು ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

जन भागीदारी से जल अर्पण

सेवा संकल्प अभियान के तहत जल अर्पण

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के दूरदर्शी नेतृत्व और जनभागीदारी के संकल्प से प्रेरित जल जीवन मिशन आज ग्रामीण भारत में केवल हर घर तक नल से जल पहुँचाने का प्रयास नहीं, बल्कि जल के प्रति सामूहिक स्वामित्व, जिम्मेदारी और संरक्षण की भावना को सशक्त बनाने का माध्यम बन रहा है।

इसी भावना को आगे बढ़ाते हुए ‘सेवा संकल्प अभियान’ के तहत देश के विभिन्न राज्यों में ‘जल अर्पण’ के माध्यम से ग्रामीण समुदायों की सक्रिय भागीदारी देखने को मिल रही है।

गाँव-गाँव में महिलाएँ, युवा, ग्राम पंचायतों के प्रतिनिधि और स्थानीय नागरिक उत्साहपूर्वक एकजुट होकर पेयजल व्यवस्थाओं के संरक्षण, संचालन एवं रखरखाव का सामूहिक संकल्प ले रहे हैं।

‘जल अर्पण’ केवल एक आयोजन नहीं, बल्कि जल के प्रति जन-जन के दायित्व, सामुदायिक स्वामित्व और आने वाली पीढ़ियों के सुरक्षित भविष्य का प्रतीक है।

प्रधानमंत्री जी की जनभागीदारी की भावना को धरातल पर साकार करती ये पहलें दर्शाती हैं कि जल जीवन मिशन की वास्तविक सफलता केवल जल की उपलब्धता में नहीं, बल्कि उसकी निरंतरता, गुणवत्ता और स्थायित्व सुनिश्चित करने में भी निहित है।

‘हर घर जल’ से ‘हर घर जल संरक्षण’ और ‘सरकारी योजना’ से ‘जन-जन की जिम्मेदारी’ तक की यह यात्रा विकसित एवं आत्मनिर्भर ग्रामीण भारत की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।
