Arguably both, however WWE is the biggest wrestling promotion in the world and it has beaten AEW in the ratings and attendance every week since day one. Although AEW is definitely one of the greatest wrestling promotion in the world, but that's thanks to WWE, NJPW and CMLL......despite what Tony Khan, Dave Meltzer, and what millions of AEW's fans say.
