@carsales_guy I created a matrix that tells how much I might be willing to negotiate on a vehicle by the stock #. It factors whether the vehicle is new or used, if it's new whether it's GM or Toyota, vehicle age, if the guest is local or not, if they have a trade, and if they are financing.
