@amazon you're disgusting. Last month I was hacked and 2 gift vouchers taken from my account. Now you have the audacity to rate your lack of customer service. Shame on you
@AmazonHelp I can't find your reply to my hacking issue. I do everything possible to stop being hacked and you decide that the stolen gift certificates were my problem not yours
@AmazonHelp At the same time I removed my payment off Amazon to ensure no more were bought. So you looked into it and decided I had bought the gift cards. I called again and suggested at advice of police for you to check the email. Once again you refused and I’m now £100 out of pocket
@AmazonHelp My computer at home was hacked. Once we realised we started changing passwords on all our bank accounts, PayPal, Amazon etc. then realised two gift vouchers had been bought thru my account and sent to an email address. I phoned yr customer services immediately and explained,
