Self reported or not, this meant that in order to hide everything that happened up until 12/8 (the last day MMTLP traded), FINRA needed to remove CNS settlement, delete the trading symbol (allegedly effective 12/13), and allow the shares to be cancelled on 12/14 after the close of business.

This explains why FINRA didn't just work with the issuer to adjust the timeline, they wanted to hide what actually happened during the final days.

@cromwellc Would have you believe that the short interest continued to decrease based on the data up to 11/30/22, but when you look at the volume and how it dramatically increased in the final days, you can tell that something else was going on. (IMAGE 2)
