The stress generated by the misapplication of a basic fundamental #EU law by @GermanyinSL, the incompetence of #SOLVIT#Germany, the attitude of the #german authorities, and the indifference of the @EuropeanOmbudsman and the @EU_Commission landed me in hospital tonight.
In over 12 weeks now, SOLVIT Germany didn't get in touch with me ONCE by themselves with an update on my case. Their only reply to my requests were "it's in progress".
That's it. For 12 weeks and ongoing. This is NOT proactive, and detailed updates. This is "we don't do any work"

You charged me a huge 10€ for this transfer, the minimum you can do is to process it as any other previous transfer or give actual info. You fcked up,own it and make it right.
Thanks @RevolutApp for taking so long to process a transfer to a known (my fiancé) that we won't be able to pay for the wedding function which is tomorrow and might have to cancel it all.

@revolutsupport Both of these are irrelevant as it's to the same beneficiary as previous successful transfers:
- Incorrect recipient details
-Currency or payment scheme used for transfer not being supported by recipient or recipient bank
@revolutsupport - Being sent on a weekend or bank holiday when there’s no processing : yet you processed a previous transfer to the same beneficiary on the same day in minutes.
- Additional processing checks: which checks?
- Additional information required: no indications of that anywhere
