Congratulations to Logan Maurino and Andrew Szpara who placed 2nd and 3rd in the Automotive Master Technician SkillsUSA Competition held at WCC. The entire team had a great showing considering there were 16 schools and over a 100 students participating in the competition.
SWWC Automotive Technology had a great showing at the Skills USA Regional Competition held at WCC. SWWC students won 1st, 2nd and 4th place in Master Technician and 1st place in Maintenance and Light Repair.
Another very successful year for Adopt a Family. A special thank you to Mrs. Visel and all the SWWC Automotive Technology students that contributed to this important cause.
A enormous thank you to Dan LaFontaine Jr. and the LaFontaine Dealership Group for the donation of a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado Duramax diesel pickup truck. SWWC Students will now have the ability to hone their skills on the newest technology available today.
A special thank you to Volkswagen of America and Germain Volkswagen for the donation of a 2017 Volkswagen Atlas. The Automotive Technology students of Dexter, Chelsea, Manchester, Milan, Lincoln and Saline are truly thankful.
