Remembering Our Patron, Dame Jilly Cooper

We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of our much-loved patron, Jilly Cooper, who recently passed away at the age of 88.

Over the years, Jilly took great joy in seeing the progress of the charity, and we have been immensely proud to have had such a kind, talented, and successful author as our patron — and as a friend.

Two Little Owls rescued by staff at Secret World Wildlife Rescue near Highbridge have been paired together to help their recovery.

The charity says it will allow them to learn natural behaviours from each other so they can eventually be released together.
