His employer was in no way transparent and protected him, calling him a good boy.

To get a charge there has already been an immense battle for the victim. We await a fair trial, but there is some public record and we don’t…

@SouthamptonFC I think most football fans outside of Southampton feel that the club is classless right now.

They’re trying to limit the damage, keep the players that they can by keeping the manager etc. but they haven’t shown any genuine concern for their behaviour at any stage. It’s all fake.

@robstaton For sure, going to the cinema at the standard places (Vue, Cineworld etc.) is a terrible experience.

The smaller cinemas/independents are still full of people who are genuinely there to watch films. The London Film Festival is still brilliant if you ever get chance to go too.

@Nick28T Completely agree that fat shaming an elite footballer is ridiculous; let’s not put silly numbers out there though. He’s not fitter than 99.9% of the world’s population.

That’s around 800,000 people alive fitter than him - there are an estimated 1.55 million athletes globally.
