@JoyceWhiteVance This is a pattern in Arizona. I have experienced this personally while peacefully protesting Trump’s Muslim Ban. The Phoenix Police Department shows up in full combat gear to threaten and intimidate PEACEFUL protestors while planted agitators provoke a response.
