When you claim to be a 'museum for everyone', does that not include those who can't afford to work for you?

It certainly doesn't keep people in the sector as they cannot afford to live on this wage! Please reconsider and think about what you are asking people to do for that money.

This is discriminatory gatekeeping, and helps further penalise unprivileged candidates from entering the sector.

Also why the unnecessary qualification requirements, when you could just ask for the skills you actually need?
