What Noordin Haji as Head of NIS is being accused of is blatant & egregious violation of the:

Constitution
Public Officer Ethics Act
Leadership & Integrity Act
National Police Service Act
National Intelligence Service Act
Office of The Director of Public Prosecutions Act

If one breaks the law, DCI investigates then hands over the file to DPP who makes the call if a law was broken. NIS is re-establishing DARK DAYS of KANU’s Special Branch of operating outside the law. We must all be courageous & demand Noordin Haji to stop it.

To allege criticizing Noordin Haji is because he is Somalia or Muslim is STUPID, RETROGRESSIVE, INFANTILE & PRIMITIVE. A State Officer or Public Servant is judged not by his Color, Creed, Ethnicity or Marital Status but by the content of his character, respect of the Constitution & personal integrity.
