Saturday night at the CYRC Distance Classic, Ava accomplished exactly what she set out to do.

Won the 1600m in a lifetime best 5:03.22, improving her seed time for New Balance Outdoor Track Nationals and moving one step closer to her sub-5:00 goal. So proud of her! ❤️🏃‍♀️

This past Saturday six of our middle school track & field athletes got to compete at the MS State T&F Championships. Ava & Alani earn All-Ohio honors in BOTH of their races & the boys 4x200 finish w/ a Top 10 time in all of Ohio. Future is very bright! Congrats to all

On Saturday your RHS Boys T&F team earned Runners-Up @ the 45th Optimist Meet in Austintown. Out of 22 teams, the Minutemen placed 2nd by scoring 93pts‼️🥈
