NEWS: BlackRock has discussed investing $5 billion to $10 billion in SpaceX's #spcx IPO, according to Reuters.

The IPO is expected to trade on Nasdaq under $SPCX on June 12.

Shares were split 5-for-1 ahead of the listing, bringing the price from $527 down to ~$105.

Elon confirmed he is not selling any shares.

BlackRock committing up to $10B would be one of the largest single institutional bets on a tech IPO in history.
