This movie alternates between being shot like grindhouse exploitation, arthouse material, and a made-for-tv movie at times. It really wants to be more than it is, frankly. Like if a VOD studio tried to spoof extreme arthouse fair.

I'd give it a 4/10. Pass on it.

I think, I THINK, I get what they were trying to say here... but they did not say it very coherently. The narrative is just a little too stilted and cute for its own good, and it thinks it's much smarter than it is. And that's not all.

There are also some plot threads that just go nowhere and never really advance the plot, and a few things hinted at or suggested that just... fall flat. Like they were trying to go for symbolism that doesn't land. And one seems to be in there purely for shock.
