@HLTCO This to me screams the opinion of a big 6 club supporter, or someone who doesn't attend matches.
They'll never get it unfortunately. I would be absolutely buzzing if we ever managed to make it into the Conference League.
VAR controversy continues in EPL
Reports on officiating mistakes this season claim Arsenal and Chelsea were the clubs to benefit the most from VAR error with Arsenal receiving 7 decisions in their favour
A total of 25 VAR errors were recorded in season 2025/26-up from 18 in 24/25
@rokerroarontour Yeah, I think we will spend big, just not sure it will be well haha. Time will tell.
Sunderland and Leeds are both huge clubs which massively helps, don't think any of the 3 that have come up are anywhere near them in that sense.
@rokerroarontour Apologies, sarcasm hard to read in a tweet at times.
The gap is interesting, feel this season may have been an anomaly. Sunderland invested well, be surprised if 2 of the 3 stay up next season. Hope I'm wrong mind.
@alfie_bfc@jack76853541@EnglandOnOurWay Not suggesting we do, but if we dont have any good CBs we can't just go nick one from another country. Should be same for managers.
@jack76853541@EnglandOnOurWay Only people who should be in contention should be English anarl. Shouldn't be allowed to employ people from other nations.
@jack76853541@EnglandOnOurWay Net spend is completely irrelevant in this conversation. He's had to spend £2b on players to get the squad he wants. He won't be able to buy anyone in international football.
@jack76853541@EnglandOnOurWay Not sure if you're aware but domestic football is completely different to international football.
Pep would get 2 weeks at a time to instill his system into players that might not be there for the next 2 weeks they get together. He also cant spend 60m on a LB when it isnt working
@pchapman24@Uzzell01 I would, Pep would be terrible at international football imo. 2-3 weeks with a squad at a time, to get them to play the way he wants won't be enough. Can't go spend 60m on a new left back when it isn't working either.
Great to see. Remember when the Allams turned it down out of spite for the council.
Great to have our club back where it belongs, with the community with the City. #hcafc
I would genuinely rather lose a play-off final and stay in the Championship than be promoted to the Premier League by default. What has football become?
EXC: Hull are speaking with lawyers to see if they have a case for being promoted straight up to the Premier League in the wake of Southampton's expulsion. Another potential headache for the EFL. More on @talkSPORT with @JacobsBen
What you mean is "I'd" not "you'd". As I state, I would rather not.
The appeal of getting to the Premier League for me is the journey, not the praying for a draw and VAR every week once we get there. So the idea of thar journey been tainted by default promotion is shit to me.
Bollocks. You’d take the £200 million and a year in the Premier League at the very least. We could be fighting relegation in the Championship again next season for all we know #hcafc
