This morning we are dealing with a Man in custody for burglary. He has been on the scheme a while and refused to engage and work towards rehabilitation. Our job today is to progress the investigation and return him to prison, giving the community some rest. #Police #SaferHomes

Been an extremely busy shift. Detainee in for drunk & disorderly made some disgusting threats to a female PC then kicked a detention officer in the face. Thankfully the DO is ok and his modelling contract is intact. Detainee also found to have cannabis on him.

@WeCops @MCunninghamCoP @WecopsCaroline CPD that exists for promotion ought to be delivered earlier, I.e before being in rank. 1 example being the NPPF4 Sgts qualification I completed after being a T/Sgt for 2 years. While nice to have the qualification, the learning would have been great before donning the stripes. AD
