Congratulations to our 2022 award winners from the SXU band! Jayson House (L) was named Most Outstanding Performer, Chris Habrelewicz (C) received the Martha Morris instrumentalist award, and Chris Butnariu (R) received the Most Outstanding Contribution award. Bravo, gents!

Meet the Martinez brothers: Maglio (Eisenhower ‘22), Marco (SXU ‘24), and Mateo (SXU ‘23). Three talented brothers who grew up playing instruments but were never able to play in the same band altogether because of their age; that is, until they joined the SXU Community Band.
