This tour at Edlington has been a wet and cold introduction. Continuing to provide water rescue assistance as well as fighting local fires.
Also welcoming our newer decision for our Water Rescue Unit until we regain our 2008 Mitsubishi L200 from servicing.

Finally our 2016 Ford Rangers have been refitted with "more effective" versions of the Premier Hazard Midimax rotary.
Equipped with our LED front and rear kit with rear reds within the lightbar too.
The plates were also repaired due to damage.

Our Ex-EFR's now used by incident support officers, have been fitted with additional front lighting and some additional rear covert lighting.
The patterns have also slightly differed to be more effective while responding to emergencies and closing lanes.

The infamous 2011 Impreza STI has been refitted with newer lighting kit as well as being provided with some leaflets, posters, and further events equipment.
It will continue to be utilised at events and used appropriately by officers when required.

The 2005 & 2007 Vauxhall Astra's sadly lost all power and lighting to the outdated original beacons.
We fitted the vehicles with some lost and found Premier Hazard Midimax rotating halogen bars.
As well as some spare lights fitted to the grille's.

Here at South Yorkshire... We try to keep backups and a vast fleet.
Recently at workshops, our small fleet were taken in for reworking. Primarily lighting and paint work as well as servicing.

Our 2005 Land Rover Defender 110's did not face much repairs...
The primary change was fixing the dead reflectors & bulbs within the beacons.
No further repairs or changes have been made at this time. It serves as a spare 4x4 appliance
