Kris Draper has been in the Red Wings front office since 2011.

Kirk Maltby has been in the scouting department since 2010.

Shawn Horcroff has been integral in the front office since 2016.

This is the same management team that Ken Holland had (minus Tyler Wright.)

Other than Yzerman taking over, he has kept the exact same people. Well he did add a Xerox salesman and his brother to the scouting staff.

The Red Wings have won TWO playoff series since the Grind Line joined management. In 16 years!!!!

If Yzerman should be fired for anything, it's keeping his old buddies employed. If 19 stays, he needs to clean house. If he refuses, he should be shown the door as well.
