🔸 The remaining 123,000 are sustained by the everyday spending of everyone in that chain: at grocery stores, clinics, restaurants, and beyond.

That is what an industry looks like when it adds $55 billion to the U.S. economy and $31 billion in worker income economy.

🚨 NEWS: The National Cryptocurrency Association has submitted formal testimony to the House Financial Services Subcommittee on Digital Assets, regarding the Clarity Act and putting data of 67 million American crypto holders on the congressional record.

NCA VP of External Affairs @OnChainAli put it plainly: Americans are not asking Washington to stop crypto. They are asking for guardrails so they can use it safely.

73% of Americans support stronger consumer protections for crypto holders. With 71% supporting comprehensive legislation to close the gaps in current law.

The Clarity Act is a consumer protection bill: strong AML/KYC, real tools for law enforcement and state AGs. Leave it on the table and consumers are left twisting in the wind with the status quo with no clear standards for bad actors to exploit (again).

Today marks exactly 3 years since Judge Torres ruled in the Ripple vs. SEC case. That decision was a major turning point and the beginning of the end of the prev. SEC war on crypto.

Court made it clear in dicta: XRP itself is not a security.

A lot changed since then to the positive imo, a more crypto friendly administration and the CLARITY act that is important to move forward for investors, innovation and businesses to provide the regulatory certainty needed for mass adoption.
