called the warehouse while I waited on hold, and came back and told me they don't understand what the warehouse is doing and that the warehouse seemed disorganized. Need this resolved TODAY after wasting a month and now being told this, and nobody there can even help me today.

second time, the associate called me TWICE both times to make sure I was coming in, including a text message from his personal phone asking if I was still coming.
This needs to be handled immediately, I expect to be reimbursed the $1,300+ wheel bearing and $200+ wheel alignment.
On 7/15, I finally received a call back and was told that they will review everything and call me back the next day.
It is now 7/23 after 2+ weeks of trying to get a response, and I never received a call back after 7/15. I do not want to deal with their incompetence and
unresponsiveness any longer.
Aside from the misdiagnosis of the issue and the mistake made putting it back together forcing me to come back a second time, I also felt harassed by the associate helping me. On my way there to pick up my car the first time and drop it off the
On 7/7, I called the service center to speak to a manager to be reimbursed for the wheel bearing and did not receive a call back.
On 7/8, I once again called to speak to a manager and did not receive a call back.
On 7/14, I tried for a third time and left another message.
At this point, the original noise still continued.
On 7/6, I finally replaced the tire elsewhere and the noise completely stopped.
The issue was never the wheel bearing, and I wasn't told about the flat spots on the tire until after the wheel bearing was replaced and I paid.
On 6/21, I began hearing a loud clicking noise as I was preparing to leave for vacation the following day. I had to bring it back to Honda at a very inconvenient time. It turned out they did not put things back together correctly after changing the wheel bearing.
which needed to be replaced.
On 6/16, I picked up the car and was told my back tire has flat spots, which can also cause a noise and should be replaced at the place that had replaced my other tires so that they are all the same brand. The original noise I had heard continued.
