@HarshRealities9@tsnjamesduthie@nicholsanian If the score of the Montreal/Tampa game was THAT important to them, they would have been watching both games at the same time like normal people do.
@patrickluckie@manholeassessor@worldhockeyrpt Correct. Except there’s no way that the ref, in the position he was in, could have ever said that was a goal conclusively. Was the puck in, yeah most likely. But even on the replay you could not 100% see, so how the heck did the referee call it on the ice?
@aberg1600@NHL@AnaheimDucks@EdmontonOilers@NHL_On_TNT@Sportsnet@TVASports I think the biggest convo they need to have is tell refs to stop calling things they don’t see. Happens with Delay of Game calls too. Either you saw it, or you didn’t. And don’t call things you don’t see happen like this ref did.
@olympichero03@FriedgeHNIC Are you actually serious in thinking that a puck that was MILLIMETERS on the line or over the line they WOULD NOT review that? Puck knowledge = 0.
@olympichero03@FriedgeHNIC No. It in OT. A play THAT close would trigger a review. You cannot be serious in thinking they wouldn’t review that if it was called No Goal on the ice. You cannot be serious.
@StonyOil Because the ref wasn’t at an angle to see the puck. They just showed a replay of where he was on the ice and it would be impossible for him to see that it was in.
@ZachJerger@PassingDrill@Razor5Hole Tell me which penalties they called should not have been penalties? Or how the refs carried. Please provide examples I would love to know them.
