@TheStingisBack I hated it on 1st viewing, but grew to enjoy it more later. I just assumed at some point between With a Vengence and 4.0 he'd been bitten by a radioactive spider. The last one though? Awful. He would've needed to be bitten by the Hulk.
@jan_murray At least there was some character development throughout the series. I gave on series 2 of Burn List because I realised nothing was changing. It was like an 80s throwback, like watching the A-Team all over again.
@TheStingisBack Spielberg. As I grew up I fell in love with movies, and of course being a kid it was the blockbusters that were my 1st movie going experiences. That love has never left me. I can appreciate an although or "serious" film as much as the next guy, but my heart is with Raiders etc.
@SassySledgehmmr Not a hot take particularly. I was talking to bar staff at a horror festival, and they all said that the Horror fans were the best behaved most polite filmgoers there were. Worst were International film fest fans. They were rude demanding and up themselves.
@TheStingisBack I saw Episode IX a couple of weeks after it's release. I waited so I could see it with my 2 besties. A guy with his 2 young kids in front. When Maz Katana handed Chewie a medal I said "oh for fucks sake", completely forgetting the kids in front of me.
