@BensonsForBeds yet another fail on the second delivery of the bed I still don’t have as the delivery has been cancelled yet again.
I have a house guest this weekend and no bed.
I have sent you a DM please can this be rectified as a matter of urgency.

@BensonsForBeds I was due a delivery today for a bed purchased on 30/7/22. Had a couple of texts telling me delivery today. One yesterday telling me delivery by 1pm today (took the day off). Then get a phone call at 12.30 from the store to say it wasn’t put on the lorry.

I’ve had no call/email/update. Your email that told me I won’t have a delivery said I will be contacted within 24 hours. This hasn’t happened. The store aren’t answering their phone, your call centre is impossible to get through to. I still have a child with no bed.
