The storytelling gang that rocked @TheLloydsChorl with their dark and spooky tales on Halloween (minus Iris, who had to rush off for a night of drunken debauchery with a load of visiting Polish poets) We are back to our regular venue at Sale excelsior club on Mon12th November ♥
Results in from last Mon's club!
Colin took his regular runner-up spot, but it was Phil Coogan who wowed the audience with a tale of Vikings, tail-less cats and three-legged women.
November 12th "And Now For Something Completely Different" is next up ♥
Free #storytime@irwellvalley Oasis Centre in Haughton Green, Mondays through August. Kicks off with a #Gruffalo themed story and craft session on August 13th. Be there, or be a Gruffalo!

STORYTELLER OF THE YEAR COMPETITION 2018
For the last 11 months, storytellers have been competing to win the audience vote for best performance - on Mon 9th July the winners will battle it out to see who wins the annual prize at the Excelsior Club in Sale Come, listen and vote!
Our 1st storytelling night at our new venue - Sale Excelsior Club - was a roaring success.
We managed to fit in 12 storytellers AND a 1 minute wonder round!
There was a tie for the winner of the audience vote between Lynne and Steven - with Lynne getting to take the trophy home
Extra chairs needed at our club!
The theme was Wonderful Women & the favourite telling of the night was from Mark - seen here receiving his solid silver trophy from our very own Sharon
The next one is on 9th April and the topic is "Spring Has Sprung" - we would love to see you♥
