#Kwibuka32 reminds us of a painful truth: a word on an ID once decided life or death.
But Rwanda chose unity over division. Today, we are one people equal, responsible, and committed to truth.
Never Again is not a slogan. It is a promise we will never break.

31 years On - We Remember
31 years ago, Rwanda faced one of the darkest chapters in human history. The Genocide against the Tutsi.
Women were a target.
Men were a target.
Children were a target.
Boys were a target.
Girls were a target.
No one was spared.
Families were torn apart, dreams shattered, and lives lost.
But today, Rwanda stands strong.
Children are now a target for education.
Boys and girls are a target for opportunity and growth.
Women are a target for empowerment and leadership.
Men are a target for rebuilding,
