@NTA_Exams Basic concept is no system with variations beyond acceptable limits of 5 to 10% is authentic with flaws, if no of students is same then definitely demography of students is a problem, needs to be rationalized in shifts with 10th score ,states,regions etc but 5 to10% limit is must
