Hey @instamart_it, Order ID: 242067970982849. I ordered because the drinks were labelled CHILLED. but they arrived at room temperature. I skipped Zepto for this. Supervisor Satyam Mishra denied the refund for the mistake. I have proof. Its is Misleading & unacceptable.

I was scammed by Swiggy. Ordered food for ₹106 (65% OFF). Swiggy forced a ₹259 replacement, confirmed it without my consent, glitched IVR, then charged me cancel fee. Same food was ₹130 at the time.
