With over 420 wells planned across 29 wellpads in Buliisa and Nwoya, one question naturally follows: What happens after a well is drilled?
The answer lies at the Central Processing Facility (CPF)—the heart of the Tilenga development. Here, crude oil drilled from the wells is received, separated, treated, and prepared for onward transportation.
Spanning more than 163 acres within the Tilenga Industrial Area, the CPF brings together advanced processing systems, power generation, water management facilities, and a skilled workforce operating as one integrated system.
